The time to invest in renewable energy was YESTERDAY. In fact, it’s a LAW. The governor has chosen to ignore it, along with a host of other inexcusable choices like approving Trump’s new oil pipeline.
@sunrisemvmtnyc knows what’s up. Their grassroots organizing, record youth mobilization, and legislative successes are an inspiration in the fight for a real climate revolution. I am so honored to earn their endorsement, and look forward to working with them in Albany so New York can get back on track to being a leader in a green future.

Lt. Gov. Antonio Delgado has been working the delegates here at the convention hotel. He was schmoozing in the lobby bar last night and just gave a rousing speech at a breakfast sponsored by Comptroller Tom DiNapoli.
"Put me on the ballot. Have a debate!"

Kathy Hochul is *by* billionaires, *for* billionaires. No politician will ever wield enough leverage to change that.
Thankfully our movement is bigger than any one decision by any individual. Tax The Rich. Delgado 2026.
Today, I am proud to announce India Walton as my running mate in our campaign to become the next Governor and Lieutenant Governor of New York.
India is a proven fighter for the working class. A mother from Buffalo and committed activist, India energized new, often overlooked voters in her historic run for mayor. I am honored to call her my partner in this fight, and thrilled she has agreed to join me as we take on a broken system - enabled by establishment politicians - that serves the few at the expense of the many.
Together, we'll prove to you that government *can* accomplish meaningful change and deliver an agenda that looks out for all New Yorkers. If elected, our only obligation is to you, the people. Let’s get it done! #NewYorkforAll #NewYorkHealthAct #TaxTheRich
In December, Gov. Hochul vetoed the New York Health Information Privacy Act, leaving sensitive health data open to exploitation. That puts trans New Yorkers seeking gender-affirming care at risk as the federal government ramps up its attack on the transgender community. As governor, I’d sign NYHIPA without hesitation.

Bovino’s out, but ICE is still out here. We have to keep our guard up. New York for All would ban cooperation with ICE by local law enforcement. Period. Full stop. As Lieutenant Governor, I’m all for it, and as Governor, I’d make it happen ASAP.
Had a blast on Do It Live w/ Chika at @caveatnyc, talking about the campaign we're building and the true power of organizing.
She’s sacrificing our future.
To be clear, the governor is making moves to roll back the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. When it was passed in 2019, New York showed we were THE national leader on combatting the climate crisis.
This is a betrayal.
According to Gov. Hochul, we don’t need to raise taxes on the ultra-wealthy because we have “an economy that’s booming again.”
The disconnect from everyday working people couldn’t be more clear. Yeah, it’s booming — for Wall Street!
We have a lot of work to do to solve the wealth inequality problem here in New York. And it starts with making the ultra-wealthy and big corporations pay their fair share.
Budgets are about priorities. At a moment when working families need real relief, Gov. Hochul is choosing to stand with her donors by not taxing the rich or increasing the top corporate rate.
Without asking the wealthiest to pay their fair share, there is no meaningful or transformational way to invest in childcare, healthcare, and housing.
On MLK Day, we honor a legacy of courage, truth, and justice. Dr. King reminded us that leadership means doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. I’m proud to be endorsed by the Black Leadership Action Coalition as we continue the fight for equity, dignity, and opportunity for all.
New York needs a leader who is committed to fighting for working people, with the courage to lead on the issues that matter most—from housing to climate. @DelgadoforNY is that leader.
