@LeonReteig @TomRhysMarshall I remember taking an introductory programming course where they had us do something similar. I don't think people were surprised because we'd first learnt about algorithms for random number generators and didn't yet have expectations that the generator would be randomly seeded

@mighty_lasagna @DaveVescio Bandwidth alone might not be the best measure, depending on where in the network the bottleneck is. If most of the streaming services use edge competing or do things like Netflix ( https://t.co/1t1XmVK4Mt ) gaming or VPNs might still be a bigger drain on the network
