it was supposed to be delivered on 10th aug, it was shown as our for delivery at 4pm and now the status is updated to show that product will be delivered by 12th Aug. Why such a fraud in terms of showing deceptive information about delivery and not delivering product

On 4th Aug, I get a blank call at 11.55pm and order is updated to show that delivery attempted which was false. Next day, again I get blank call at 11.19pm and again, it's marked that delivery attempted (almost at mid night).
