I like this detail about 🇦🇪Dubai.

In the middle of a mall built around scale, luxury and consumption, there’s still a reminder of what existed before all of it.

Pearl divers. Water. Risk. Trade.
The city changed completely.
But it didn’t remove every trace of where it came from.
