I’m 4 years into my cheffin journey. Went back to my roots and worked at a Mexican restaurant in the south side. Now I’m part of a team that helped open a global seafood restaurant in the downtown area. Working with familiar and new cuisines is pretty cool!
My switch to cheffin three years ago has opened the door for me to travel and explore the world while cooking for a living. I’ve been having a blast experiencing different cultures while gaining a much deeper appreciation of mine. saludos desde NZ 👋
