@VirginMediaIE Hi. Doing a house move this wk. Excellent technician came on Tuesday. Said i needed to call cust serv after his work to get the service switched to our new white box. 5 different staff later &we still have no internet - all a different reason. Case ref: E-731108.

The latest customer service lady i spoke to at length put me on hold and then just hung up. Yesterday's guy from house move section told me that "100% we would have internet at midnight last night".

@TheQuoteDevil Hi, now 3 weeks since i was told insurance refund would be processed in 3-5 w.days. Spoke to Arjay in cust. care a week ago who assured me he would contact me. No word since. Also emailed 4 times and no reply. Should i go to the ombudsman for car insurance next?
