I’ve always been a sucker for high-fidelity audio.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve wanted to listen to music through the best audio equipment I could afford whether that meant British Airways headphones in the late ’90s or the og Samsung Galaxy S because it had one of the best DACs in a phone at the time.

I’ve finally finished turning my home office/man cave into a dedicated music room.

A room designed around one obsession: getting as close to bit-perfect, high-fidelity reproduction as possible, without spending audiophile-money.

And, because I’m me, the whole thing is tied together with free and open-source software to build the listening experience I wanted.

It has taken a while, but I finally have the music room I’ve always wanted.
