I paid it when I got the plates. Many years ago we purchased a camper in Missouri but lived in Illinois, same deal.

A note to people thinking about a cruise for your next vacation: avoid, at all costs, @RoyalCaribbean . Web site is horrible. Been trying to book a few things for days on line (you know - give them more $) and it doesn’t work. Email them - four days later still no reply. SMH.
