@JustinMacmahan Thought the same thing in both games. Anymore, the refs seem to stop the game in those situations to check the clock, but wondered if you would quickly take it out and inbound it off the players illegally on the court before they can call time, would that force their hand.

@LexLuth57382733 @BobZuppke And the problem with the call on the field being the benchmark is that they are not supposed to blow the play dead early and let it play out having video review check. So the call is not necessarily that the ref saw a fumble, they were just letting it play out
