today i raised a ticket for service request,nobody contacted me and on my @HathwayBrdband account it is showing query got closed.
I am not happy with the kind of service and customer solving problem techniques @HathwayBrdband .

@HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband area manager and technician with whom i was talking they are bnot picking up my calls ,daily i have to call the 6-7 times they dont pick up the call.
you guys told you will call me still no responses.

@HathwayBrdband Worst Internet service provider,during the time of payment hathaway staff said once you do the payment,we will come and put the connection within one day but even after 15 days of making the payment still they haven't put the connection.
