KAT has had to deal with homophobia all his career and knows people will be homophobic for him even making this post.
But he’s got values, that’s a good man.
@HornetsLead Zo. I remember when they moved the line in to 22 feet for a couple of seasons, Zo was hitting those. He’s the ideal center this team needs right now

Hornets beats the Celtics 104-103;
Charlotte clinches their first-ever playoff series win on Alonzo Mourning’s jumper with .4 seconds to go 🔥
‘Zo would lead all scorers with 33 PTS, adding 7 REB and 6 BLK’s en route to the East semi-finals versus the Knicks.
What most forget about this game?
‘Zo’s jumper from the top of the key almost didn’t win the game, and it was completely improvised.
The last play for Charlotte was designed to be an inbound by Curry, who would then run free to try and get the ball back for a game-winning shot attempt.
Boston’s 39 y/o Robert Parish would sniff it out after Curry inbounded to ‘Zo, which Mourning read, leading to ‘Zo’s unexpected jump shot that won it.
Charlotte still had to play defense after, though…
And Kevin McHale nearly sent this series back to Boston for a winner-takes-all G5.
McHale sent an (almost) perfect lob pass to former slam dunk champion Dee Brown at the rim with .4 to play…
Only to be blocked by Kendall Gill at the rim as time expired.
Rick Bonnell mentions that this was a set Boston ran in G2 with a ton of success, and Charlotte was ready.
Celtics fans to this day will still tell you it was a goaltend. So will Dee Brown and Kevin McHale.
“Goaltending. That’s it,” Brown told Bonnell. “I thought it was a tend. There’s no way he could have gotten that shot.”
“I can’t help it if I can jump just like he can,” Gill would say postgame with a smirk when asked about the last play.
All that matters is that I get to tell you the Hornets won…
Despite almost blowing an 18-point lead. Boston took their first lead of the entire game with 42 seconds left in the 4Q.
“It was a great series,” Kenny Gattison would tell RB postgame. “What you saw was the changing of the guard. Young dominant players replacing old dominant players.”
Full last few seconds of game time is in the video below: including ‘Zo’s jumper, the dog pile, and the next play after it with McHale’s missed lob to Brown.
