@iheartfaelight that dialogue lives in my brain rent free the way illuga tried to attribute that thought to other people and the way flins tiptoed around the truth UGHHH faelight vs being direct and honest
if he was real i would desperately want to shoulder some of the burden on him but as is his nature he'll be like "no it's fine don't worry" while drowning in it bc he's allergic to accepting help
Ik some ppl hc illuga as being a bit prone to getting teary eyed but honestly i think hes the type of guy to shove all his emotions down til he cant anymore. he'll see everyone die around him and keeps it in but one day he drops flins' glass of water and has a full on breakdown
@80by8 i'm not saying it's realistic for everybody online to stop ranking fanfic i'm saying the goal of ao3 isn't ranking fics and people don't sign up specifically to be told randomuser's ranking out of 5 or 10. a contest is an event made specifically to be ranked, posting to ao3 isn't
@80by8 like yes if someone invites you to their house and they have a quilt on the wall it isn't illegal to say "this quilt is shit 1/10" but it was definitely uncalled for
@80by8 fair but the difference between going to someone's home and rating their quilt vs volunteering as a judge in a quilting contest is that one of them is unsolicited and the other one is something they've signed up for
lowkey scared to write faelight bc i'm thee faelight studier. i have read all of their dialogues and anecdotes and character stories and voiceovers. and yet i feel like i'll massively mischaracterize them But mostly flins
I hate to do this but it's gotten to a point where I have no food.
My boss fired me in retaliation and I'm struggling to find a job because of my location. I am doing everything in my power to look. Please help me out. Even a dollar is fine.

@kyslohen hey i do have multiple friends who don't care about faelight you're not special β this just happens to be a message to you in the screenshot
@biishounens been thinking about this a lot actually as both illuga enjoyer and dungeon meshi watcher. i feel like the top part of mandragora are tomatoish while the bottom part is potatoish because the real genus mandragora is in the solanaceae (nightshade) family
