@therighttorebel @leninvasco1 @scriabinist@Choccyman1917 That PPW is relevant in most revolutions. Forgive me if I'm not up to date on my literature, but such methods don't seem applicable to the current conditions and structure of capital. Economic power shift seems to be the future, not bunkers and peasantry guerillas.
@therighttorebel @leninvasco1 @scriabinist@Choccyman1917 I'm not saying MLM is entirely worthless, just that it doesn't seem as universally applicable as previously theorized. Whether that is because of bourgeois foreign policy involvement or not, it's still a matter of the material conditions not being right in those revolutions.
@therighttorebel @leninvasco1 @scriabinist@Choccyman1917 Personally, I don't entirely agree with some of the developments of MLM theory, since much of it is taking localized applications of ML theory in MZT and extending it to other material conditions, which aren't always applicable, evidenced by historical failures.
@deweymermaid @antitheurge @SiestaSocialist You just believe blatent USA propaganda? You do realize the US is a shit hole right? Like totalitarian af and extremely repressive. And dont hit me with that โcPc PrOpAgAnDaโ shitโฆ theres videos all over the internet that show it
@SiestaSocialist I've seen very few actual good-faith MLs saying that China doesn't still need to improve (and is year by year). Mostly it's either people misunderstanding and trying to address liberalism propaganda about how "backwards" China is, or "ML" "magacommunist" conservative freaks.
@DoctorMuuro@florafascflayer Technically what Mao was practicing was what is now called Mao Zedong Thought.
It's getting into the weeds a bit, but MaoISM was an invention of the Shining Path in Peru loosely based on the methods of Mao and the Chinese communists. Mao was not a Maoist, Chairman Gonzalo was.

@Seditionhater@BadEmpanada@krystalwolfy This hasn't been strictly true since the 30 years war and the founding of the Dutch East India Company.
There is no distinct aristocratic nobility to contrast against the Burghers and Peasantry, and the Peasantry has industrialized. The Bourgeois is the modern ruling class.
@BadEmpanada MF still using feudal era definitions of class. Like ok, in relation to the lords and the royalty, the burghers were middle class between them and the peasantry.
Feudal relations were abolished over the last like 400 years or so though, when bourgeois became the ruling class.
@ComradeStu That would mean giving American works more leave. So obviously it would only happen if it was unpaid leave and businesses needed to downsize.
@Alex22630377 @vanillaopinions "comedic social commentary on pop-feminism, LGBT issues, weird internet subcultures & women's media from a left wing populist POV." -her YT about
Radlib feminism mostly, no substance, it's like Tim Pool for women. "Centrist" at best.
@flemsha@BadMedicalTakes Alright, fair enough, I'm clearly not as well versed in the biology. Still seems there is a lot more transfer across the gut lining than say the skin, and the entrances, while they can open to admit new material from outside, are frequently closed/filtered in a healthy subject.
@AltriveEpic Can't believe you would shoot my sister then feed her a delicious yet artery clogging fast food burger.
Really a never let them know your next move kinda guy, which I have to respect, but also my sister now has a bullet wound and diabetes, so fuck you.
People really do just make up the definitions of words, huh?
We should have a word for this, I'm for fictdef, from the latin of fictitio and definitio, which becomes verusdef by the process of transdef.
Transdef responsibly, denizens of collective definition, or communisdef.
