Given the high standard and level of product that REFLECT aims to reach, it is unacceptable that you put the beta testers (the users) in check like this.
Users can no longer be the ones footing the bill alone for this. Especially because it wasn’t an error in your smart contract , there’s absolutely no sense in you even raising the hypothesis of “we’ll see what to do” in a case involving a hack on a protocol that was part ( or unfortunately by skill issue 100% of USDC+ ) of your own operation

No communication with your users is not ok as other protocols already resume withdrawals and provide all details.
