I’m Oluwarotimi Ojeniyi,
A creative designer, Certified Product Manager also transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role.
I help individuals and teams bring structure to their work by organizing tasks, managing workflows, and supporting daily operations.
Days with a mentor as a Virtual Assistant, I'm recalibrated. Research, Audit— every single task is teaching me something new. Attention to detail is everything! I'm grateful for this experience. Thank you @HNGInternship & the @HNGInternshipVA team

Just wrapped 72 hrs as VA for a real Lagos jewelry brand — @kassyjewelry.
Built their entire content engine :
↳ 4-week calendar
↳ Caption templates + hashtag bank
↳ DM-to-sale playbook
↳ Weekly SOP
Real clients need systems, not tasks.

Just completed a 3-day Operations VA takeover across 2 real businesses.
Different industries. Same problem: lack of structure slowing down execution.
What I did:
• Identified workflow gaps in both businesses
• Built simple systems to organize tasks + daily operations
WK 1 as a Virtual Assistant @HNGinternship
I'm learning that professionalism isn’t optional — it’s your first impression before you even speak.
From my intro video to my workspace setup, I am becoming deliberate and careful with my tasks.
Currently building hands-on experience in admin support, task management, and digital tools.
Goal: Become a reliable VA that businesses can trust for execution and consistency.

This March I started a upward learning and it is a little challenging but it's Worth it. Look out for the next Project Manager in the City -Thanks to @BeTechified for the training opportunity. I know by the time I'm done, I'll have more information to talk about
