@UPS I paid for next day air for my son's medications. THREE DAYS LATER it is not there. NO ONE AT YOUR CALL CENTER CAN HELP. This is unacceptable service.
@solocup I am very disappointed in the quality of your white plastic silverware. There are strands of thin plastic coming off the knives that end up in my food. This is unacceptable.
@Metrobusinfo now on way home. 2 J2 buses back to back. Why don’t you use some of these drivers INSTEAD for AM rush and spread out buses throughout day. I know Saturday schedule but ppl need to get to work on AM. HELP! PLEASE rethink this.
@Metrobusinfo J2 (even though it says J1) 4528 to Montgomery mall. Driver going 30 mph the whole time. On bus now almost an hour to go a few miles. Terrible service. I know about carona. ADD MORE BUSES.
