Being fat and overweight gets boring.
I'm waking up at 5 AM every weekday and working out.
HIIT exercises to get my body moving more than its ever done.
I'm already 7 stone down and have a long way to go still.
Throwing out my Fat Man clothes!
Genuinely one of my favourite moments on this weightloss journey.
It's not always easy to see progression when you look in the mirror every day but days like today are a real eye opener.
Every step forward is a step towards my goal.
The 5 AM morning routine is definitely making me more productive. Half of my to do list has been completed today already! (It's 9AM).
The HIIT training is feeling horrific at the time but I feel great afterwards. Having thst sense of achievement so early in the day is bliss.
I'm setting myself a new morning routine as life got a bit too comfortable.
1. Wake up at 5 AM
2. Home workout
3. Drink 1 litre of water
4. Shower
5. Get ready/ attack the day.
Do you have a morning routine?
@CPVAN333 Yeah, i agree. I've got a lot of friends in the pub industry and I feel bad for wanting their takings to go down but if they dont adapt i think the pub industry will be dying out.
@CPVAN333 In most peoples eyes if you choose not to drink then you've got a problem. I find it hilarious to be honest given the knowledge we now have about how badly it effects us
@ShirleyImMilk @CPVAN333 You're right I overstated. genetics can load the dice so to speak. But the pattern is learned. The good news is learned stuff can be unlearned.
@TheRealBradLea I love this. I've recently left a high income career to do something that's completely new to me but gets me excited every day! We have one life and its short
