Technology, on the other hand, depends on education, training, infrastructure, research, and investment.
These are two distinct concepts. A modern, capable military requires both: well-trained soldiers with high physical endurance and advanced technological capabilities. Combining endurance with technology creates a more effective and up-to-date armed force.
