Jesus didn't flip tables to validate your anger problems. He flipped tables so we could all eventually have unhindered access to the Father. He flipped tables to remind the Church of her priorities.
Lord, clean this house so the blind and the broken may again find healing. Amen
Lord, today I choose to sit at your feet. I know I have other things to do, but they can wait. Help me to value time with you more than anything I can do for you. To worship You I live…amen.
Jesus can absolutely heal and he absolutely sets free, but our ability to remain free depends on our resolve to sin no more (John 5:15). Not perfection, but a decision to live life differently.
"Do you want to be made well?" (John 5:6)
Just as a physical trainer knows not to add too much weight before your muscles can withstand it, how much more does our Heavenly Father know our true limits?
It might not be the devil. It might be your "coach" training you.
When we choose to live in shame, we are saying "Jesus, your blood isn't strong enough, you didn't really conquer it all."
Lord, help our unbelief and give us a fresh understanding of the Cross.
In your life, there will always be things you could have done better; seasons you might have gotten through sooner. As part of our humanity, mistakes are a guarantee. However, God’s guarantee is this: “He who began a good work in you is faithful to complete it” (Philippians 1:6).

(Matthew 7:13-14)
When we are only concerned with the Gospel when it’s widely accepted or when it benefits us, we dilute the call of Christians. Let us be reminded that we are joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17), joining in his glory as well as his suffering.
I wonder if we would appreciate a savior as much if we were not constantly falling short of the glory of God. Would we love God more if we got it all right or if He constantly loved us even when we got it wrong?
“I would have fainted, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” (Psalm 27:13)
In case nobody's told you this today: You can't die here. Keep going until you see His goodness.
What if your tendency to settle too soon is your obstacle, not that God has forgotten you?
Adam had to discern between an animal and his helpmeet before she was released. Pass the test!
You are beautiful! Not because anyone chose to put you in a magazine, but because God only makes beautiful things. Stop focusing on you, and focus on WHO.
Prayer: Lord, help me to be so grateful for my portion that I don't fall into comparison. Help me to celebrate others' wins, believing that You personally oversee everything concerning me.
Some of God's promises are contingent upon your action first. What if you're praying and waiting for His move and He's waiting on you to do your part?
"If you ________, then I will ______" is repeated all throughout scripture. Don't get mad, be obedient.
