The Palestinian Prisoner's Society stated that Israeli occupation forces continue their assault on Qalandiya refugee camp, having arrested and conducted field interrogations with more than
(60) Palestinians, including children and women, amid fears of a further rise in the number of detainees and those held for field interrogation.
The Society noted that the arrest campaign was accompanied by grave violations and assaults against civilians, including severe beatings, abuse through restraints, threats and intimidation, forcing families to leave their homes, converting several houses into field interrogation centers, and carrying out acts of destruction against citizens' property.
The Palestinian Prisoner's Society stressed that what is taking place in Qalandiya comes within an ongoing escalation of the occupation's policies against Palestinian refugee camps, which have witnessed an unprecedented intensification of raids, arrests, and destruction since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza.
Since the beginning of the genocide, arrest cases in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, have exceeded (25,600), accompanied by systematic violations and crimes against detainees and their families.

قال نادي الأسير الفلسطيني إن قوات الاحتلال تواصل عدوانها على مخيم قلنديا، حيث اعتقلت وحققت ميدانياً مع أكثر من (60) مواطناً، بينهم أطفال ونساء، وسط مخاوف من تصاعد أعداد المعتقلين والمحتجزين ميدانياً.

وأشار النادي إلى أن عمليات الاعتقال رافقها اعتداءات وانتهاكات جسيمة بحق المواطنين، شملت الضرب، والتنكيل بالقيود، والتهديد والترهيب، وإجبار عائلات على إخلاء منازلها، وتحويل عدد منها إلى مراكز للتحقيق الميداني، إلى جانب تخريب ممتلكات المواطنين.

وأكد نادي الأسير أن ما يجري في قلنديا يأتي ضمن تصعيد متواصل لسياسات الاحتلال بحق المخيمات الفلسطينية، التي تشهد منذ بدء الإبادة في غزة تصاعداً غير مسبوق في عمليات الاقتحام والاعتقال والتدمير.

وبلغت حالات الاعتقال في الضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس منذ بدء الإبادة أكثر من (25,600) حالة اعتقال، رافقتها انتهاكات وجرائم ممنهجة بحق المعتقلين وعائلاتهم.
