Who authorised torn seats in AC 2-Tier as standard operating procedure? Why should passengers pay top ticket prices for such poor service @RailMinIndia ?

I demand a full refund and compensation for the shock at seeing how poorly we are being treated.

@MobiKwik you ara very screwd firm. No way ur customer support can b contacted. No response to query. Xtra option was fraud and lost people's money. U changed withdrawal policy without prior notice & my money got stuck there for years and last u didn't pay back the lending money

@airindia I have a booking on 25/10/25 from Bangalore to Patna AI2947. It was actually scheduled @ 7 am but got rescheduled to 12.30 pm. I have plans which will get hampered. Tried to contact customer care so many times but couldn't. Pathetic service. Provide alternate flight.
