@Alistair_McF@Willjum1@playrust I think he means whenever you walk into range of your workbench it takes the client a sec to realize its inside of workbench range (similar to safe zones and TC). I think the quickcraftdelay is for whenever you run out of mats it stays there for a sec, yeah? Not certain though.
@maccwyd@RustUpdates Maybe some others will see this that are confused as well.
These commits are merging main INTO his recoil branch. Meaning he is adding all of the other changes made to main to his branch so that he can stay up to date. It does not mean that recoil is being merged INTO main.
@TheRealBom3@RustUpdates Because it was happening on servers where people had been playing for 20+ days and had spent hundreds of combined hours. You really think it's fair for them to lose all of their work because some kid that uploads videos spent 6 hours doing it? Come on now chief. Use your head.
@CoconutBGaming Historically there was always a big change ever so often that completely changed the game. BPs to XP, XP to comps, introduction of learnable recoil, etc.
I'm not going to pretend to know what the solution is, but I feel like something as big as those changes needs to happen.
@CoconutBGaming I've been saying this for awhile now. The game is in a very stale state and the meta needs to be changed again. FP needs to do something BIG to mix up the meta again. 2x servers are on the rise again because ppl just want to run around like its a CoD game because the meta sucks.
@quebbiebaby @BSmasherr @BKW_Oliver@WholesomeMeme But there are also other factors than technology. For example, portion sizes and what is considered a "normal meal" in the US is absolutely insane. We're getting more lazy, eating more, and have massive social movements that being fat is okay. It's definitely a bit concerning.
@quebbiebaby @BSmasherr @BKW_Oliver@WholesomeMeme I think technology advancing as a whole is definitely a factor in the worldwide increase in obesity, but to pretend that gaming specifically is a major factor to that is kind of silly.
It's only going to get worse, though. Hell, I don't even shop for my own groceries anymore.
