i moved to canada 2 years ago (originally from the UK)

here’s why i'm never leaving:

- the friendliest people in the world
- how easy it is to make friends (especially with a british accent)
- canadian guys and their big trucks
- hockey fights > football fights
- jigg's dinner
- timbits and french vanillas
- the picture perfect mountains and lakes
- no matter the weather, there’s always something to do (skiing in the winter, camping in the summer)

Something interesting about Thunder Bay is that we’re grouped in with EDT despite being Northwest of several CDT areas. This means our sunsets in the summer are at their most vibrant at around 10pm 🌅
