The agent said the policy is sold to Sanjay Kishandev Gupta. When i said the staff I never opted policy multiple times later the staff said she found the one who sold the policy has updated incorrect number on all her sales records.

I got a call from care health insurance and the staff said that i have existing health insurance policy which was opted last year by me and needs to get renewed. I informed the staff that i have never opted that policy. The agent said my phone number is updated there.

I informed the staff that neither i have opted for any policy nor i have received any verification call while the insurance was opted nor i have paid any amount for that policy. The agent said that the policy number is 20672239.
