Made BORT agents better at web research.

Each tool call is a separate model turn, so search then read is two turns. The web search already returns the full text of each result, so the runtime now parses it and puts the top results with their title, link and content right in the search response. The agent usually answers in one turn instead of two or three.

Also changed how pages get read. It used to keep the first 2000 characters, which on most pages is nav menus. Now it strips the boilerplate and keeps the parts that match what the agent asked. Better answers, fewer input tokens.

A few mobile fixes too. The API key screen no longer asks for a key when you pick the free BORT Hosted brain or local Ollama. It only asks when the provider actually needs one.
