That STOLEN design became the core of Marconi’s success. This scandal was uncovered by Professor A. Banti of Italy and then elaborated by British historian V.J. Phillips. This wasn’t just scientific theft - it was pure colonial prejudice in action. An Indian physicist’s genius was conveniently erased because it didn’t fit the Western narrative of invention.
Bose was too dignified to chase patents or recognition and refused to commercialize his discovery. As a Hindu, he believed that knowledge was a gift to humanity, not a tool for profit. But the racist West rewarded such integrity with silence - while Christians Marconi and Braun received the 1909 Nobel Prize for using Bose's device. Only in 1998 did the IEEE finally acknowledge the truth - that the invention of the radio, the coherer that made wireless communication possible, was the work of Jagadish Chandra Bose.
It is a brilliant Hindu scientist - Bose who is the real father of Radio.
