For any infrastructure after establishment, for expecting a durable results from them, there has to be proper maintenance.
You don't need to get a new car if a tyre got punctured. Just replacing that would do.
Same applies for electrical, plumbing and internet equipment.

The prefab block (PUC Dorms and Class Rooms) are meant to expire after 10 years.
Keeping them as is, in its 13th year, which may result in accidents, falling roofs (yeah some incidents happened. Luckily no major harm for students happened.)
Asking to renovate them.

Going back to ICT based education through our Alumni has gained higher ranks in various competitive exams.

Asking for more number of faculty.

Vice Chancellor, the ultimate decision maker should stay in campus. There should be an hierarchical body and all the positions must be filled for proper administration of the campus.

The national/state players are taken in, aren't encouraged to participate and represent campus further.
Asking for those opportunities.
