@ShiprocketCare Reply from your assigned manager. How can a company prosper if courier companies like you have to take all the profit. If shipment is above 10k that doesn't mean company is earning 5-6 or 7k profit. To secure shipment,if we have to give 3-4k for courier, how can a company survive

@ShiprocketIndia @SRSocial_ @Shiprocket360 @ShiprocketGCC @ShiprocketCare @Vysheshk @shiprocket When asked, first question is have you secured your shipment? If not you will not get refund. How can we secure the parcel if it exceeds the profit which we are earning.

@ShiprocketIndia @SRSocial_ @Shiprocket360 @ShiprocketGCC @ShiprocketCare @Vysheshk @shiprocket Whats going on?? Is there any conspiracy going on between courier partners and Shiprocket?? Every month shipment is being lost varying from 2k to 15k.

(Part 2)
Your compensation of only 40% or ₹2,500 shifts the loss to sellers.
Why should businesses keep paying for your operational failures? We deserve accountability, not excuses.

How many shipments are you allowed to lose before you’re held accountable?
This isn’t the first time my AWBs have become untraceable or been marked RTO. (Part 1)

@Olacabs Driver asked ₹25/km extra as soon as I entered. I cancelled immediately. No delay from my side.
Yet you charged ₹60 cancellation? This is unacceptable.

@SubhasishDTDC @DTDC_India My parcel was packed by your staff (Rs.1150 paid incl. courier), yet it arrived damaged. Now you blame "poor packing" & close the ticket without even checking facts?
Highly unprofessional. #DTDC #CourierFail #CustomerService

@DTDC Package clearly marked FRAGILE, yet glass inside arrived completely shattered, frame cracked. Shocking part — delivery guy brought it tied to a cycle! @CourierCompany — this is pure negligence. Need answers and compensation. #CourierFail

@ShiprocketChat_ Disappointed with @ShiprocketIndia support. Shared all required details yesterday, yet being asked the same questions again. This is nothing but delay tactics. Please act responsibly and resolve the issue instead of dragging it. #Shiprocket

@ShiprocketChat_ @Shiprocket_Care This is our 3rd follow-up since July 27th. Still no response on critical issues: wrong pricing info, direct contact with our customers, and brand misalignment. Urgent action needed. Please respond ASAP or share contact of the concerned person.
