A month and a half ago, I registered a complaint for split AC not working the exact same issue. A technician visited, and I paid ₹5,100 plus service charges for the repair. Despite paying this substantial amount, the same problem has recurred within just 45 days.

I have attached the invoice pictures of the above said matter with payment received and a bill suggested that same model with installation, you are requested to check and resolve as soon as possible.

@myvoltas I have contacted with your technician/ representative he told me to replace my AC Both units after paying 6000/- , i have paid and he gave me a invoice but nothing has been delivered upto now , your are requested to check and resolve , i share all the details.

I have contacted with previous technician now they also not responding just tell that we have a service span of 2.5 months, i have all the complaint no. Please resolve this issue on priority basis.

Paying a heavy amount for a temporary fix followed by complete silence on a follow-up complaint is completely unacceptable. I request you to treat this on high priority and dispatch a senior technician immediately to fix the issue permanently at no additional cost.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided for my Voltas Split AC.
