ट्रैफिक चालान नहीं भरा तो बढ़ेगी मुश्किल! सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिया बड़ा सुझाव, ‘...बिजली बिल में जोड़ दें’

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बकाया ट्रैफिक चालानों की वसूली को लेकर अधिकारियों से जमीन पर ठोस कदम उठाने को कहा है. अदालत ने कहा कि केवल ई-चालान जारी कर देना पर्याप्त नहीं है, बल्कि लंबित चालानों की राशि की वसूली करने के लिए प्रभावी उपाय तलाशने होंगे. इस मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला ने सुझाव दिया कि अगर लोग ट्रैफिक चालान का भुगतान नहीं कर रहे हैं, तो इसे अन्य सरकारी बकाया राशि के साथ जोड़कर वसूलने के तरीकों पर विचार किया जा सकता है. इसी क्रम में उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि बकाया ट्रैफिक चालान को बिजली के बिल में जोड़ा जा सकता है. अदालत ने कहा कि अगर बिजली का बिल जमा नहीं किया जाता है तो बिजली कनेक्शन काटे जाने की स्थिति बन सकती है. जस्टिस पारदीवाला ने कहा कि देश में व्यवस्था को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने के लिए कोई व्यावहारिक रास्ता निकालना होगा. सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत को बताया गया कि राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में करीब 45,000 करोड़ रुपये के ई-चालान लंबित हैं. इनमें से करीब 25,000 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली की जा चुकी है.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लंबित चालानों की वसूली के लिए कई अन्य संभावित कदमों पर भी चर्चा की. इनमें बकाया चालान वाले वाहनों के रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट के रिन्यूअल पर रोक लगाने का विकल्प शामिल है. अदालत ने ऐसे मामलों में डुप्लीकेट रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट जारी करने और वाहन के स्वामित्व के हस्तांतरण पर भी रोक लगाने पर विचार करने को कहा है. इसके अलावा, जब तक लंबित चालानों का भुगतान नहीं किया जाता, तब तक वाहन का फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट जारी नहीं करने का सुझाव भी दिया गया है. कोर्ट ने परिवहन पोर्टल पर ऐसे वाहनों को ब्लैकलिस्ट करने, लंबित चालानों से जुड़े ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के रिन्यूअल को रोकने और पहले से जारी लाइसेंस को निलंबित करने जैसे विकल्पों पर भी विचार किया. बकाया चालान वाले वाहनों को पीयूसी (PUC) सर्टिफिकेट जारी नहीं करने, वाहनों की रैंडम जांच करने और जरूरत पड़ने पर ऐसे वाहनों को जब्त करने की संभावना पर भी चर्चा हुई. जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला ने कहा कि हजारों या लाखों ई-चालान जारी किए जाने के बावजूद असली चुनौती उनकी वसूली की है. उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि व्यवस्था को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए जमीनी हकीकत को ध्यान में रखते हुए समाधान तलाशना होगा. लेकिन, अदालत ने ये स्पष्ट किया कि बकाया ट्रैफिक चालान को बिजली बिल में जोड़ने का विचार सुनवाई के दौरान दिया गया एक सुझाव मात्र था, इसे लागू करने का कोई निर्देश नहीं दिया गया है.

Good news for Prepaid Mobile Users in India

The Govt just introduced Telecom Consumer Protection (Thirteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2026, consumers will now have:

• 30-day recharge plans, reducing the need for 13 monthly recharges to 12 in a year
• Voice and SMS-only plans for those who do not need data
• More suitable options for low-budget consumers who primarily need basic voice calls

Many of you had shared your concerns with me about limited and inflexible recharge options. I raised this issue in Parliament on 11th March, seeking greater choice and more affordable options for consumers.

I am grateful to the Government of India and TRAI for resolving these concerns in the interest of greater consumer choice and convenience.

महाराष्ट्र के नंदुरबार में तिलचट्टों के सरदार अभिजीत दीपके “स्कूल निरीक्षण” के नाम पर ऐसा ही कर रहे थे।

आरोप है कि वह सीधे कक्षा में पहुंचे और एक छात्र को सबके सामने पढ़ने के लिए कहा, जबकि पूरी घटना की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की जा रही थी।

सवाल ये है—क्या किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति को सिर्फ सोशल मीडिया कंटेंट बनाने के लिए कक्षा में जाकर बच्चों से इस तरह प्रदर्शन करवाना उचित है ?

और तिलचट्टों के सरदार अभिजीत दीपके को ऐसे बिना किसी इजाजत के स्कूलों में घुसकर रील बनाने का अधिकार किसने दिया?

Engineering Exams are mostly open book examination where we are allowed to use calculators and formula sheets. Sometimes we can carry books as well in open book examination.

To prove Chat GPT usage claims, police just needs to access the search history of Sahil’s mobile.

Cheating claims are bogus unless you are switching exam sheets. Whoever appeared for an Engineering Examination knows that even after having tools like calculators and open book, it takes another set of skills to find the perfect answer to the analytical problem. And to score more than 60 marks in Top 100 Engineering Schools requires intellect capabilities many toppers of Tier 2,3 Engineering Colleges don’t posses. Sahil was a 8.5 pointer in IIT Bombay which puts him above toppers of many Private Universities of India.

Using Chat GPT for cheating in Engineering Examination means one has to take the image of the question paper or type in the prompt in the middle of examination into his Phone. This “prompt typing” angle is highly unlikely as the Invigilator can easily catch you doing that.

Did IIT Bombay allow mobile phones into examination hall? That is the pertinent question to ask.

I support him here. I strongly suggests and recommend that for teaching, govt should ask the counting from 1 to 10 and also provide at least 3 retry options as well.

चाहे फर्स्ट ग्रेड हो या फिर सेकंड ग्रेड टीचर की भर्ती हो या फिर SI भर्ती का पेपर हो, हर एग्जाम को जानबूझ कर इतना मुश्किल बनाया जा रहा है ताकि बच्चे एग्जाम क्लियर ही ना कर पाये।

फिर वही होगा जो टीचर भर्ती में हुआ। विद्या संबल योजना लाकर गेस्ट टीचर लगाए गए।

सरकार धीरे धीरे सरकारी नौकरियां खत्म करने की ओर अग्रसर है। लेकिन हम यह होने नहीं देंगे।
