@AmazonHelp You don't even care what happenes with customers order once you get the payment. You have built 3rd class backend system where no clarity on order delays or ticket creation on it. Same product shows 1 day delivery and u add buffer for 5 days for product which is 10km away

@AtombergCares Now amazon is saying item is damaged. But it was out fo delivery on 20th and driver said he will attempt next day as his vehicle broke down. 1st order also got lost in transit. Amazon has apparantly is not having any control on orders

@AtombergCares They aren't helping. Product is arrived in my city since last 4 days and they are not delivering. 1st order they lost and 2nd order also they are not delivering. I request you to investigate this
