Must be a company driver first for 30-90 days, with good performance. If we are going to get married for 4 years, we should date for a while first. Good performance is no lates, no tickets, no out-of-service DOT inspections, and no accidents.
Pay is the same as O/O. All dispatched miles paid. 0-200 miles = $2.01/mile, (if we dispatch you 50 miles empty to pick up a 100-mile load, we pay you 150 miles at $2.01. 201-500 loads are $1.86. Over 501 miles would pay $1.76/mile. This includes 100% of fuel surcharge, which we pass along, currently .51 cpm.

Right now we are leasing 2018 and 2020 Cummins-powered International Pro Stars and 2020 KW T-680's that we bought here new.
These trucks are all 72-inch walk-in sleepers, some double bunks, some single, various colors. Trucks have approximately. 400,000 to 600,000 miles are in excellent working order and pass a federal DOT inspection.
Part of the lease is our maintenance program that costs you .13 cpm. No matter what breaks during the life of the lease, you pay just .13 cpm.
The cost of the truck is $50,000 to $75,000 over 3 or 4 years at 9.5% with payments starting at $368.64 and as high as $443.74 per week.
We also enjoy a fuel discount program, and that is passed 100% on to you as well. This is no down, open-ended walk-away, and no balloon payment.

Position Details:
Will be hauling kitchen and bathroom cabinets that are packed individually in cardboard boxes (average weight is 50-100lbs+) - all freight is floor loaded.
AT EACH STOP: Drivers detail unload - they will validate each piece of product delivered against the products ordered - Avg delivery time per stop is 1-1.5 hours.Drivers tailgate and down stack freight during unload.
Drivers are required to document arrivals, departures, and upload BOLs.
Drivers are expected to trip plan and include factors such as HOS, fueling, location of rest breaks, weather, and appointment times.
Having prior OTR experience and understanding of HOS rules/regulations if preferred and beneficial but not required.
Drivers will call customers a day in advance as well as one hour before delivery to ensure on time service.

Position/Freight Details:
Driver is required to obtain a hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire
1800 miles per week is minimum expectationExceptional drivers can run as much as 2,800 miles per week with 48 hours off
Approximately 75% drop/hook and 25% live load/unload
100% of freight is on Intermodal Chassis/Container
5% of freight is Reefer/TCI freight
Truck/Parking:
Truck Type: Drivers will operate mid roof conventional tractors. Average age of the fleet is 2.5 years
Tractors are Automatic Transmission Freightliners and Internationals
Drivers living within 50 miles of the Chicago terminal will be required to park the truck at the account
Drivers train regionally and will sleep in the truck (units are double bunks) unless trainer and driver are opposite sex, then driver will get a hotel room.

Detention pay: $20-$25 per hour after the first hour
Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
Live load/unload: $65 per stop
Live lifts pay: $20 if longer than 1 hour

Crosstown moves: $25-$60 per load

Schedule: Sunday - Friday
- Start time: Early mornings - Most drivers will begin their day as early as 0500 - 0600. Day driving
- 34 hour reset and at times 48 hour reset
- Shift: Average 10-12 hours
- Driver PTO: Immediately (1.5 hours per week), 6th Anniversary (2.3 hours per week), 19th Anniversary (3 hours per week)

Position Details:
Leslie’s is the largest and most trusted brand in the U.S. pool and spa care industry, serving residential, professional, and commercial customers
Picking up pool supplies on pre-loaded trailers from Customer DC's and delivering to Leslie's stores heavily in KY, TN, GA, SC, NC & FL with fewer deliveries that will include MO, IA, OH, MI, PA
Regional run with 2 routes a week on average. Normally out 2 days at a time, depending on the route.
Once a load is finished, the driver will let operations know their eta back to the DC. They are then set up on the next load. Upon arrival at the DC, they will grab their next load and head back out.

Unload with an electric pallet jack and liftgate
Special Requirements:
Hazmat is required within 30 days of start date. The driver needs to be in the process of getting hazmat when he starts.
100% driver unload / touch freight - Take product in the backdoors of retail stores using an electric pallet jack
This account is seasonal - During the off season (winter months) drivers must be willing to work with other DCS accounts, Intermodal, and third party brokered loads
