@JioCare Very disappointing service. Your technician behaved rudely and refused to visit my home. My behaviour complaint was marked as resolved without any proper response or apology.

@JioCare My complaint is wrongly marked as completed. My issue is NOT resolved. I am using my neighbor's adapter temporarily because my Jio adapter is faulty. I have to return it. Jio has not replaced my adapter or provided any permanent solution. Please reopen the complaint

@NTA_Exams I had submitted my bank details for the NEET UG 2026 refund, but the portal now shows that I opted out,which is incorrect.

As NTA mentioned a post-exam refund portal,will affected candidates be able to correct their details there?
