I sent my Nike AF1 for an exchange (Size) to JWD Nike (BKC) by using the parcel feature on @rapidobikeapp. The delivery guy has managed to damage the Box and the product inside. @Nike has rejected my return and between all this I as a customer is losing out 10K. Who do I blame?

Also, keep in mind that you are the ones letting them / giving them multiple parcels to deliver at once. He spilled glue all over the box and the product.
