Great job @HMWSSBOnline 2 yrs min.bill without meter reading, now all of sudden 22,000/- bill for a month.. MGR simply says they forgot to collect apt reading, so high bills.. whose failure is to blame? Whats game plan?Entire society is suffering similar bills.. pls help @KTRTRS
