चुनाव हैं 6 महीने बाद में, लेकिन हम कल release की गई सीट मैट्रिक्स पर सवाल नहीं उठाएं क्योंकि 6 महीने बाद इनके चुनाव पर असर पड़ सकता है!

MP केस में बोल रहे थे- बिहार चुनाव हैं, इसलिए कर रहे हैं!
UGC में बोला-बंगाल में चुनाव हैं, इसलिए कर रहे हैं!
मतलब अब हम कोई भी मुद्दा न उठाएं क्योंकि 2 महीने बाद किसी न किसी राज्य में चुनाव हो रहे होते हैं!

और हिंदू सिर्फ GC नहीं, तो ये डर कि हिंदू कटेगा, उनको भी दिखाओ जो "जितनी आबादी उतना हक़" करते फिरते हैं!
क्योंकि कटेंगे तो सब कटेंगे न, की सिर्फ GC हिंदू कटेगा?

बाकी बात रही मुस्लिमों के आरक्षण की, तो ये बात भी हम ही उठाते रहे हैं, शुरू से!
उधर आपके मंत्री तो सीना ठोक के संसद में बोलते हैं:
"अध्यक्ष महोदय, मुस्लिमों को पहली बार आरक्षण हमने दिया".

तो ये ड्रामा कि "कटोगे, option क्या है, etc etc" हमको मत दिखाना।
हम हमेशा से सच बोलने की लड़ाई लड़ते आये थे, औऱ आगे भी लड़ते रहेंगे!

- ऐसा आयोग जो general category की आवाज़ बने और उनकी बात सरकार तक पहुंचाए!

और हमको ऐसा आयोग चाहिए जिसके पास वही संवैधानिक ताकत और अधिकार हों, जो बाकी आयोगों के पास हैं!
उससे कम में हमको कुछ नहीं चाहिए!

In the Division Bench, @myogioffice had given an affidavit in the High Court stating that the 80% SC/ST reservation would be applicable only for this academic session.

The Court was requested to allow it for this session alone, with a clear assurance that it would not be continued in the next session.

UP NEET UG 2026: चार मेडिकल कॉलेजों में 85 सीटों में UR सिर्फ 7, आरक्षण पर फिर विवाद

उत्तर प्रदेश के अम्बेडकर नगर, जालौन, कन्नौज और सहारनपुर सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में MBBS की 85 राज्य कोटा सीटों का सीट मैट्रिक्स विवादों में है।
सीटों का वितरण है: SC 62, ST 5, OBC 11 और UR 7 सीटें। यानी SC/ST/OBC को मिलाकर लगभग 91.76% सीटें आवंटित की गई हैं।

इस व्यवस्था को पहले हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई थी और अदालत ने संबंधित आरक्षण व्यवस्था पर आपत्ति जताते हुए लागू कानून के अनुसार प्रवेश का निर्देश दिया था।

अब 2026 काउंसलिंग में फिर वही सीट पैटर्न सामने आने के बाद अभ्यर्थियों और सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों ने सवाल उठाया है कि इसे किस कानूनी आधार पर दोबारा लागू किया गया।
