‘Body nearing dangerous phase’, doctors warn as Sonam Wangchuk’s fast enters Day 16
After more than two weeks without food, the body enters a stage where close medical monitoring becomes increasingly important as the risk of organ dysfunction begins to rise.
Synopsis:
As activist Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike over the alleged NEET-UG paper leak entered its 16th day, doctors warned that his body was approaching a critical stage of starvation. Medical experts explained how the body shifts from using glucose and fat to breaking down muscle, why weakness replaces hunger, and how prolonged fasting can affect the heart, kidneys and brain. They also cautioned that ending a prolonged fast requires careful medical supervision to avoid life-threatening complications such as refeeding syndrome.

540 hours. In a single month.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The RTI response from the Department of Pediatrics, AIIMS Nagpur shows Junior Residents being assigned 540 duty hours per month.
That’s 18 hours every single day, across an entire month.
How can anyone expect safe, error-free patient care from doctors pushed to this extent? Sleep deprivation isn’t dedication—it’s a patient safety risk and a human rights issue.
Healthcare cannot run on the exploitation of young doctors.
AIIMS Nagpur, Department of Pediatrics must explain how such duty hours are justified.

Shiv Sena corporator Mhatre got arrested, not just because of SM outrage but bcoz:
1. CCTV evidence of assault
2. He attacked a lady doctor and nurse
3. The lady doctor herself was Dalit, so the caste card he tried to play became useless
The guy who got beaten ? No one cares.
> Work 10-12 hours daily
> Pay 30% tax on salary
> Pay 30–50% tax to buy car
> Pay tax on car insurance
> Pay road tax
> Pay tax on ethanol-blended fuel
After paying all this, cars worth lakhs are floating in sewage, gutter water.
Now will pay ₹15–20k in repairs. Shameful !
The sooner politicians understand this, the better it will be for their future and the country’s.
A commoner is not obsessed with India becoming a superpower.
A commoner is least bothered whether the deity is called Arunachaleswarar or Annamalaiyar.
People are growing wary of all such narratives.
What they are actually looking for is:
Employment opportunities that enable a financially dignified life
Freedom from paying bribes to every petty official they encounter in daily life
Good quality water and air
Proper footpaths to walk on
Comfortable space in trains to travel
Affordable, well connected public transportation
Well maintained public places like parks where they can relax with family
Affordable or subsidised quality education and healthcare
At least a minimum social safety net for their retired life or old age
I hope you get the drift.
They want both their quality of life and standard of living to improve.
They want far less ideology- especially divisive ideologies.
All they want are basic improvements in daily life.
Politicians who understand this will have a bright future.
Those who don’t will fade into oblivion.
To the public: "E20 fuel is safe and fully tested."
To the Supreme Court: "It’s just an experiment, we’ll know results next year."
The government completely lied about E20 readiness. They rushed this rollout to serve vested interests and corporate logistics, leaving millions of everyday vehicle owners to act as guinea pigs in a forced, destructive trial. Complete betrayal of public trust. #EthanolScam

To call protestors ‘B Team Of Terrorists’ in TV interviews - clearly means he enjoys patronage. Even now.
INDIAN EXPRESS DROPS A LAND BOMB ON BJP CM 🔥
After Mohan Yadav became Madhya Pradesh CM, his family and real estate companies reportedly bought at least 137 plots spread over 168 acres in and around Ujjain.
This is the same Ujjain being reshaped for Simhastha 2028 with highways, road widening, townships, riverfront projects, medical city, IT park and new commercial zones.
The most damning part is this: out of the 168 acres bought after he became CM, 111 acres are reportedly located along roads announced by CM Mohan Yadav himself.
His family already had land. But after Dec 2023, the land buying saw a sharp jump, right when Ujjain’s development map started turning into a goldmine.
Indian Express repeatedly asked the CM for answers. He stayed silent.
This is how BJP turns religion into a business model 😡
People would not take abuse of power lightly. They have repeatedly proved it in the past. There is a point beyond which what was seen as Chanakyaness would be seen for what it actually is - gross abuse of power.
Even among supporters of the Centre, the breaking of other parties has not gone down well.
What people desperately want is improvement in their daily lives.
A ban on Telegram can point toward only two uncomfortable possibilities:
• Either the reports of NEET paper leaks circulating on Telegram were true.
OR
• The system failed so badly at preventing exam leaks that banning a platform became easier than fixing the breach itself.
In both cases, the real question remains the same:
Why are millions of students being forced to pay the price for institutional failure?
15% of Mumbai's new 130-acre Coastal Road seafront will have ticketed attractions. Why should a corporation profit from public space created with public money? https://t.co/40zbIwmS1o
