They wouldn't let us pickup the product at our expense as well and they have absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service, this has just been appalling seeing my family so helpless, at this point I cannot do anything but write this post hoping we will get some kind of help

As we couldn't have continued the stay in the hotel, we have no option but to sleep on floor, the store person has stopped answering the call, went to the store to check and they have no idea about the delivery date, I offered to pickup from the godown myself

I am unable to accept the absence of Ratan Tata.

And Ratan’s life and work have had much to do with our being in this position.

Hence, his mentorship and guidance at this point in time would have been invaluable.

With him gone, all we can do is to commit to emulating his example. Because he was a businessman for whom financial wealth and success was most useful when it was put to the service of the global community.
