@AmazonHelp And that's what I have been since the beginning. But nobody follows up. It just goes off into the void. I need someone that can help. Someone that follows up. Or that I can follow up with.
@AmazonHelp I don't think you understand the severity of the situation. I can't access my account. Neither can agents or supervisors. It's a glitch. They had to send it to some specific department for a fix. An automatic response website to help my gain access to an account not a solution
@AmazonHelp How many more times do I have to get on with an agent? Everytime they spend almost and hour on the phone with me call supervisors trying to figure out why my account is glitched. Then nobody ever gets back to me. I want to do business with Amazon and use my 6 subscriptions!
@AmazonHelp Nope no correspondence. 5 different times I have been told a supervisor will contact me within 1 - 2 business days. It's been 21 days of zero contact. Even agents said it's odd because my account is in a weird status they have never seen. Its like a glitch.
