Your support admitted the issue is a database conflict between accounts created by your systems. Despite this, ticket 260620-002349 was put back to 'Waiting for Agent' instead of being resolved. It has been 7 days of total lockout. Fix it NOW!

@BethesdaSupport Quindi dovrei stare zitto e buono quando da 5 GG non posso giocare a Skyrim, ho perso le mia modlist in cui ci ho speso ore .ho fatto tutte le prove possibili anche un nuovo account psn secondario .i vostri server sono il problema.ho pagato per il gioco e non posso usufruirne
