> His bank accounts were frozen by the authorities, legal notices piled up daily, and the Bombay High Court legally restrained him from selling his houses.

> To survive the immense mental strain, he relied heavily on the practical philosophy of his father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, who taught him that struggle is a constant part of life and that when personal plans fail, a higher force is at work.

> Motivated to take action, Amitabh walked to director Yash Chopra’s house, admitted his financial situation, and requested work, which led to a supporting role in the blockbuster film- Mohabbatein.

> Simultaneously, he ignored industry warnings that television would ruin his movie star status and signed on to host the game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) in 2000.

> The show became a massive commercial success, allowing him to secure lucrative brand endorsements, pay back all his creditors over the next few years, and fully clear his debt.

> Today, his net worth is estimated at around Rs. 1,600 crore ($180 Million). 🔥
