I think the moat now is distribution.
AI is making software faster and cheaper to build. More products are competing for the same customer.
Railway caught my attention because its guides, deployment templates, and agent tools give people useful paths into the product.
That takes time to build: an audience that trusts you, content that solves problems, and a place inside the tools customers already use.
The product still has to deliver. But getting discovered, trusted, and chosen is becoming the advantage that compounds.
How much effort are you putting into distribution compared with product development?
An Average black man will cross the bridge, instead of making sure the bridge is solid to accommodate more people crossing over, they'll blow it and rejoice that they're the few who crossed to the good side of life.
You w!cked fellow, paid between 3,000 naira and 10,000 naira as school fees during your time, but here you are displaying a w!ckedness level that will marvel even the colonial lords.
More website traffic doesn't help if the enquiries are for work you don't do.
A quick test: take your last ten enquiries, note the service each person needed, and mark the ones your firm takes on.
Which is it for your firm: too few enquiries, or the wrong ones?
Dem been want use Marketing wound us for X.
My candid advice to founders, don't burn your money on unnecessary marketing, especially when you have no product to show, not even an MVP, or in some cases a manual way of giving value to users.
Things like this Mazerance case are the reason I have continued to build my products myself and with my own money, fully self-funded.
I will not spend more than I earn, I will not pay salaries bigger than my one-week earnings, this allows me to stay focused while my products cook.
It's also why I have refused external funding and even media coverage from some US media houses.
One thing that unites Nigerians is the Igbo Hate.
Just like the Igbo Hate in 1966 did not make Nigeria better, rather it made it worse, this new Igbo Businessmen Hate, will make Nigeria even worse than Tinubu is currently making it.
My Advice to my Igbo brothers affected by Chinese businessmen's practice of undercutting their retailers: find a way, like we Igbos always do, to adapt and turn this challenge on its head, and it will work out just fine for you all.
In the end, the people who will suffer in the hands of the Chinese are the same people mocking and laughing at you, don't be dismayed, see this as part of life's challenges that you must overcome.
We don't die, We multiply.
@ojessie__ It’s a normal routine na.. I haven’t had makeup on since 2023…and I am still very fine oo😂 and I have a full makeup box with everything inside 🥹
I gave AI a few pictures. Now I can walk through the house.
This four-bedroom duplex was created in Blender using GPT-6 Astra and Blender’s Python API. The result is an interactive 3D walkthrough you can explore in your browser.
Scroll through the rooms, head upstairs, check out the garage, and tell me what you’d change. I can take that feedback, prompt the adjustments, and update the experience.
@OpenAI, I’m seriously impressed. Across this project and my other work, GPT-6 Astra is the best model I’ve used so far, especially for understanding visual references and turning them into working experiences.
Try the walkthrough through the link I’ve shared.
What’s the first thing you’d change?
The reason you have to work hard, the reason you have to be dangerous, the reason you mustn’t fail, is that, so many lives depend on you being solid and of sound mind, don't fail yourself, don't fail the lives that depend on you.
