Officers at Yerawada police station spent more time questioning the relationship between Anish and Ashwini — the two IT professionals who were fatally knocked down by the drunk minor — while the accused was allegedly served burger and pizza.

This is how the system benefits the privileged and rich.

1. How a minor was served alcohol in the club?

2. How did the showroom release the vehicle without the registration numbers?

3. How come the vehicle failed to catch the eye of the traffic police?

4. How did the accused get bail and was not sent into juvenile custody?

5. Why was the alcohol test done after 8 hours?

6. Did the Deputy CM come to Pune to ensure justice for the victims or to ensure that the builder’s son goes free?

The authorities have sprung into action after an uproar from all quarters, and not because the authorities thought it was the right thing to do.

If anyone who should be thanked for the authorities finally doing what they are supposed to do, it is the citizens of Pune.

◾In initial day of their marriage, his wife would taunt him for having a small car & not a luxury car & mock him for being a man of no means

◾She left her job without telling him & kept sitting idle at home contributing nothing to their family

◾He tried to always keep her happy, took her to foreign locales but she would always create scenes

◾He joined Landmark Forum to better their marriage & make her understand but nothing changed

◾Things became extremely worst when he got selected for Master Chef & she couldn't gulp his fame

◾She called police on him many times including at shoot of the show at Yashraj Studios

◾After he became popular, she constantly threatened him of implicating him in false cases & also slapped him one day before the shoot

◾After their son was born, his wife left for entire day to malls & wouldn't care for child, leaving it to the maid

◾In an incident in 2013, Kunal's wife hit him & his father recorded the same. She snatched his phone & even tried to hit the old man with stick. Police was called & Kunal says that on this day he lost all his respect in the society

◾In another incident in 2014, she again hit his father by plastic chair

◾In 2015, he walked out of the marriage when she kept sitting outside home in front of guards the whole night after an argument

◾Wife has ofcourse denied all these allegations & called them fabricated only to divorce her

◾Interestingly there is indeed a video where Kunal is being hit by his wife. But family court that denied him divorce dismissed it saying "he drove her to the stage of losing temper" 🧐

◾His wife made allegations of dowry, however, during her cross examination she couldn't even tell salary her father earned or provide any receipts for humungous wedding expenses as she claimed. She also lied about the locker not being in her possession

◾ Allegations of his wife that he & his parents ill treated her got belied by her own email in which she stated that they love her more than her own parents

◾His wife even made unfounded allegations of his affair with his fans & of unnatural sex demand from her (scripted lie for sure) which she couldn't substantiate at all

◾Delhi HC has particularly taken strong note of incident where his wife assaulted him which was recorded on camera. Despite the child crying & shouting dadu-dadu, she didn't stop abusing everyone around, slapped Kunal & tried to hit her father-in-law

◾Since 2015, Kunal & his wife have been staying separately & their son is with her. She doesn't allow him to meet or talk to his son but continues to ask him money for everything which he provides (feeling just so bad for this man)

◾High Court stated that family court failed to see continuous cruel behaviour by wife & ignored that the physical assault incident would cause any spouse to be in fear and considering overall facts, granted divorce to @ChefKunalKapur

MUMBAI : An elderly man having heart & kidney disease lost his son & wife during COVID. His daughter-in-law left home immediately after that. He had to take loan from relatives for treatment while his DIL makes 80K per month. He moved court for maintenance & court granted him 5K per month under Senior Citizens Act

The woman never came for the hearings except once to deny giving anything to the old man

So many such stories happened during COVID. Parents lost their only earning son & DILs left even taking away all the insurance money etc

In India, men can not run away from responsibility of giving maintenance to Wife. Even in-laws have been asked to give maintenance to DIL in some cases

But here I know even if this woman won't give a penny, nothing will be done

India is the most regressive country when it comes to EQUALITY in family laws

But no one bats an eye about it

Especially the feminists who keep slamming Patriarchy all the time but never speak a word when women are the oppressors and abusers

Ajit Agarkar as Mumbai chief selector took some bold calls during his stint. Dropped many big-name players from the squad over poor form (the likes of Suryakumar Yadav, Dhawal Kulkarni, Akhil Herwadkar, Aditya Tare, Arman Jaffer, etc).

Such bold calls irked MCA members, who were on the verge of sacking the entire selection committee before the Agarkar-led panel resigned.

India are in a transition phase and maybe will require such bold calls. But expect a few.
