@HeroMotoCorp My bike’s front wheel bearing broke down, and it has been 35 days since the replacement bearing was ordered at Saideep Hero Service Centre, Pune.
Even after 35 days, the part is still not available. This is extremely disappointing service. 1/2

If you are running a Special Train, at least keep your timetable accurate! People travel all the way to Danapur in this freezing cold just to find out AT THE STATION that the train is delayed by 4 hours.
What kind of management is this?
