@Liambroady @thriftycars Nah, they think I owe them money from the time you didn’t need to give your credit card at the desk upfront. But it was their mistake. And I was never able to reach “customer service”, you can imagine how good it is. So I gave up and just don’t rent from the whole Herz group 🤷‍♂️
