Unfortunately what you have reacted with is an extremely poor misinterpretation and misrepresentation of what I said not alleging the same is deliberate but let me address it as under:
Point (1) No one justified any mob lynching by TLP. The point being made is that just because certain TLP members engaged in Mob lynching does not mean the Police should open FIR on any TLP protest in any city as and when they please. If that's the case we don't need the Court or the law.
Point (2) TLP till before the recent ban existed and operated as a recognised political party in Pakistani. Who allowed that to happen? Our State. Who provided TLP as an option for political aspirants? Our State. Who by accepting TLP as a political party gave the message that it is lawful to associate with them and attend their protest? The State. So associating with them was not a crime under the laws of Pakistan. How come after opening straight fires on TLP and denying any media coverage or impartial inquiry suddenly the State has woken up to the realisation that oh TLP is a bunch of terrorists and not even worthy of being considered human? Even at the time of banning TLP Rana Sanaullah made the statement that the people of Pakistan are not opposed to the religious beliefs of TLP so think again about who is misleading who here.
Point (3) The people of Pakistan who are always selective in the definition of who qualifies as a human, who qualifies as a citizen and who qualifies to have rights whether they are on the right or on the left side of the spectrum.
Point (4) Is a satirical critique of the State which robbed the 250 million people of their mandate. For such a State killing a few citizens in the streets is not a big deal. Do remember it was PMLN who killed men and women outside the office of Pakistan Awami Tehreem. It was PMLN under whom PTI supporters were killed on 26th Nov while they denied the dead bodies and funerals and claimed no one died. It was the PMLN whose Govt now opened fire on TLP but because it is TLP we should happily agree with the PMLN narrative that only 3 people died because we hate TLP so much that we secretly wish more should have been killed. Thank you.
