Why This Copyright Strike is Invalid?

1. I created content on the original project, not the fraudulent one.

My video was about Yescoin MiniApp (Bot: @Yescoin_Fam), which was the first and original project launched in the Crypto market on Telegram.

The claimant is actually a copycat project (@the_yescoin), which came later and is falsely claiming ownership over the content.

2. There was no copyrighted material used.

My video does not contain any copyrighted material belonging to the claimant.

I independently created my content based on publicly available information.

3. The strike was issued maliciously to suppress genuine content.

This strike appears to be an intentional attempt to mislead YouTube’s system and unfairly take down my content.

The claimant contacted me and admitted that they would only remove the strike if I promote their fake project by creating a positive review video and submitting it to them.

This is clear evidence of blackmail and abuse of YouTube’s copyright system.

I refuse to mislead my audience by promoting a fraudulent project just to have the strike removed.

I kindly request YouTube to review this case and remove the false copyright strike from my channel as soon as possible.
