EU creators/artists, I need your help on one topic! 🚨

Recently I was thinking of doing an EU vtuber merch company, as most of them are in US, which costs us and our EU communities way more it should.

My family has a background in fabrics, now rebranding to printing on fabrics. I already have 2 printing companies that are willing to work for me (my father knows both owners and can vouch). I will be there to personally check the production, pack and ship the merch.

As a visual designer, I can also offer creating a merch design to all of the partnered creators if needed. Later on I can partner with artists to also offer art if needed.

Since it's all produced here in Poland, the production costs may be around €8 per simple t-shirt, so I'd say it's quite affordable. Then you put your fixed price and add my company % cut.

I run my own merch store (not production vise, but I designed all the items in it) & run my own art business for over 3 years with only 5* reviews. My father is ready to support me with his time and knowledge in this business. I have the time & dedication to make it work!

I am open to work with all creators not only EU (as the production costs may be cheaper for you here), but then you need to keep in mind import taxes based on your country and shipping fees. I would also welcome all artists wanting to sell their OG art as merch!

❓ So for the question: is it something you would be interested in as an EU creator? Or it doesn't really matter to you were your merch is from / how much your community needs to pay for it / shipping? Or is there already enough EU merch companies?

Before it will be live I will test it on myself and maybe 2/3 EU friends that are willing to be my test subjects, but for now I'm just asking if there is enough interest to even bother any further. So please leave here any feedback on this topic!
