A few days ago I updated my profile photo.

I love this T-shirt.

When I’m out walking on pilgrimage, I wear it because every now and then someone catches sight of the word *Breathe* and remembers something they already know.

To pause.

To soften.

To return.

Then I looked at this photo and, for a brief moment, I hesitated.

It’s funny how the mind works.

A word that had always felt like an invitation suddenly appeared as an instruction.

For a split second I imagined someone looking at this and thinking:

“Who are you to tell me to breathe?”

And then I laughed.

Because that’s what our minds do.

They take something simple and weave a story around it.

A gentle reminder becomes a command.

An offering becomes an agenda.

A moment becomes a misunderstanding.

Yet beneath all those stories, the breath remains.

Quietly arriving.

Quietly leaving.

As it has through every joy, every sorrow, every ending, every beginning.

So this isn’t a command.

It isn’t advice.

It’s simply a small acknowledgement of the miracle that is already happening.

You are breathing.

You are alive.

You are becoming.

And perhaps that’s enough for today. 💚

Most of us assume that knowledge is something we acquire.

We gather information.

Collect experiences.

Accumulate understanding.

And gradually build a picture of reality.

✨ On the second day of The Divine Pilgrimage, the journey brings us to one of Britain’s most mysterious ancient landmarks:

The Uffington White Horse.

Carved directly into the hillside more than 3,000 years ago, this vast chalk figure has watched over the landscape since the late Bronze Age.

Unlike many ancient monuments, the White Horse is not built from stone.
It is cut directly into the earth itself — revealed through the ancient practice of scouring, where generations return again and again to clear the grass and renew the chalk beneath.

A living symbol in the land.

What began as a walk across the hillside gradually revealed itself as something deeper — a quiet conversation between the pilgrim and the landscape.

This film documents the journey exactly as it happened.

✨ The Divine Pilgrimage begins...

The journey opens at an unexpected threshold: Platform 9¾ at King’s Cross Station — a fictional gateway between worlds that has captured the imagination of millions.

From there the path led to the British Museum, where I had planned to see several objects connected with the Elizabethan mystic John Dee.

Soon after, the pilgrimage continued west along the Thames to Mortlake, once home to Dee himself.

Unexpected turns, flooded paths, and several small discoveries beside the river revealed something important very early in the journey.

The pilgrimage would not be following a fixed itinerary.

Instead, it had already begun speaking in its own language — through coincidence, humour, and the quiet symbolism that appears when you start paying attention to the moment you are standing in.

This is the first step.

Something new is whispering through my life…
and it’s louder than ever. Not in noise, but in presence.

These past weeks, I began feeling the timeline shift deeply.
Things stirring beneath the surface — roots cracking open, truth humming louder in my veins.
It felt like an invisible hand was gently rerouting the currents of my life.

Then a van appeared.
Not just any van — a dream vessel, fully off-grid, handcrafted for a journey of depth and soul.
The kind of companion you don’t just drive — you become.

The listing completes on Valentine’s Day.
Despite the owner being flooded with offers to buy it outright, it was my message — speaking of a year-long pilgrimage around the UK — that resonated most.
He’s currently abroad, but when he returns, he’ll send me a video of the van before anyone else sees it.
I’m certain I’ll still love it, so then I’ll travel to Scotland to bring her home.

I’d been slipping into a waiting mindset… unsure how to express where I’m at.
Until — this song came.
I channelled it, like the Epiphany Song the other week.
And the moment I heard it back… something clicked.
It felt like the voice of my higher self, whispering — this is real. This is happening. And it is sacred.

It begins, as that earlier song did, with “I rose...” (!!)
Another nod to Venus — who led me, after the last song, to anoint the pentagram I had tattooed on my back twenty years ago, as my Venus Star.
Venus is still hidden right now — deep in her underworld — but soon she returns as the Evening Star, mid-to-late February.
There’s poetry in that. I’ll share more soon.

For now, I offer this soul song as an invocation of what’s birthing.
I’ll be living from this van, divining my way across the land — letting the magic I found in stillness move through me in motion.
An eight-year cabin hermitage on the edge of an enchanted forest soon to become a roaming sanctuary throughout the kingdom — my life, in transit, in rhythm, in devotion.

Letting go of the little mini.
Meeting my Valentine Van.
Will it truly be mine? My heart says yes.
But whatever unfolds — I know I am already on the path.

Yesterday was my birthday.💖
As the sun was setting at the beach, I found an unusual pebble. What made it feel especially magical was that it wasn’t just lying among the millions of others — it had been placed on top of a large boulder, clearly found and raised by someone else. It was elevated, waiting, like a small offering. For that reason alone, it felt like a gift.

When I picked it up, it shimmered with colour — full of iron-stained quartz. Then… I saw a horse’s head. Lol. It just was there, unmistakable to me. And with the Year of the Fire Horse on the horizon (17th February), this symbol landed with a quiet weight. The horse has been very present in my thoughts.

I nearly didn’t share this because pareidolia — seeing forms in objects — can be so personal. Often what one sees, others won’t. But what unfolded next was too synchronistic not to tell. I wanted to capture how I saw it, so I reached for the only object in the cabin with a horse on it — the lid of a Tibetan singing bowl box. I placed the rock over the printed horse’s head. Still not content, I added a flurry of feathers as a mane — soft, silly, and a little bit mythical. A fantastical beast. I laughed. My inner child was fully at the reins. 😂

But then… something deeper pulled me in.

I became transfixed by what the horse was carrying on its back. I took a photo and asked AI what it was. What came through gave me chills.

Apparently, in Tibetan traditions, this image is known as the Wind Horse — Lungta. The horse carries a wish-fulfilling jewel on its back! It’s a symbol of life force, the soul’s prayers and intentions made visible. Not pushed forward by effort, but lifted by breath, spirit, and the alignment of the moment. It’s said that wishes carried by the Wind Horse are borne into the world with grace — like a banner riding the wind.

To learn this now — in the afterglow of my birthday — feels like a whisper from something greater. An invitation to trust that something precious is ready to be handed over to the flow of life… and let it carry itself forward.

Today I turned 39 — the beginning of a new 13-year cycle, my Jupiter years. A cycle of expansion, spiritual maturity, and joyful growth.
My leading card? The Queen of Hearts.
So resonant with the Venusian energy I’ve been feeling — heart, creativity, love in all its forms…

Hours into creating the Two of Spade’s soul-song—my own birth card—I found myself overthinking, lost in my head. After pouring myself into lyrics and then rewriting an entirely different version, I realised: the first song was always the right one. Trust the instinct. Trust the heart. As the sun dipped low and frustration began to rise, I saw the original lyric file—already downloaded hours ago. A deep breath. Relief. Hope. I re-listened… and rainbow. 🌈✨ One more card to go. Soon, every soul will have a song. 🎶

Breakfast at the White Hart with Mum and Grandad.🥰 As we were leaving, a book caught my eye. A soft nudge from the golden thread. I followed… Back home, I searched the book and found the inside sleeve photo. There’s something about it… a quiet charm. A whisper worth sharing. 😌

In the evening I went to Lady Bay to watch the sunset. There was nobody there—just me, and the vastness. The sky was utterly beautiful. On closer inspection after sending the photo to my sister, I could see a heart outlined in grey clouds right in the centre. Then my eyes caught the full arc of dramatic clouds beneath—suddenly, they felt like a hug across the sky, embraced by wings. Then, I zoomed in on the sun… and there it was, a golden winged being... Pareidolia at its finest haha. But the sky felt full of emotion—like it had something to say. 🌅

And in the cliffs… another heart, tucked into stone. Love, literally, written into the landscape. 💛
