@timwalker919@IMOsecurity In its reporting, the #IMB distinguishes between a crew being held hostage and a crew being kidnapped depending on where the crew is held and not on the ransom payment. If held onboard the vessel it will be termed hostage and if taken ashore a kidnapping.
